Dr. Alicia Sarabia, ovarian cancer patient and podcast host, is joined by Maureen Holloway, Canadian media personality and breast cancer survivor, and Dr. Mary Elliot, Princess Margaret psychiatrist and mindfulness teacher.  They discuss the emotional impacts of receiving a diagnosis of cancer.  Dr Elliot provides insight on the nature of these initial emotional reactions and provides coping strategies.
